Made with the same closed cell foam as our popular Cushion saddle pads, they will not collapse or retain heat over time. Adjustable nylon straps hold the cushion firmly in place. Returns
Unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Personalized items, sale items and international orders are final sale. I’ve never used a seat pad but I got a saddle that is so uncomfortable for long rides. It took a bit to get used to as it did change the seat a little bit, but now it feels natural. It make a huge difference in comfort, glad I gave it a try.

could be 3 times thicker

Very thin. Would work if 3 times a thick. Seems the trend, thinning/less weight: less material+ same price= greater profit.

It's ok. It will depend on the size of your saddle and where you fit on it.

Good for the tush

I love my cushion. I have a very hard saddle seat and I was going to buy a need saddle but with the cashel pad it makes the saddle more comfortable to ride in.

The best seat cushion!

After a dislocated and broken left elbow I couldn't lift my favorite 35lb saddle on the tallest horses. So I had to go with a saddle by the same maker but much lighter at 27lbs without the custom padded seat I ordered on my previous one ARGH! Being a pro horse trainer I can ride a few times daily and the new saddle was not as comfortable as I had hoped! Lucky I know Cashel and their quality products so I got this seat cushion in the 1.2 model and gave it a try. Its a blessing! I really like how it is only in the spot you need it so it doesn't change the seat size and it was easy installation, stay put and is great on long ride! I highly commend this product!

Took a while to tighten, but it is great!

I was worried initially this wouldn't work as I couldn't get it tightened initially, then figured out to have the loop be loose, then push the clasp against the saddle, tighten, and pull the loop thru the clasp. Had a 2-hour ride and my butt was not sore! Win!
