Returns
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 21, 2026
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through CashelCompany.com, operated by Equibrand Products Group, LP.
For purchases made through an authorized dealer, contact the dealer directly regarding its return policy.
1. Return Window
Eligible domestic merchandise must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. This period begins on the purchase date, not the delivery date.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping. Requesting authorization does not extend the 30-day deadline. Retain your shipping receipt as proof of the return shipment date.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged, subject to Section 8 and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be:
- In brand-new, unused condition, with no signs of wear.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Packed in the same original box or packaging in which it was received.
- Complete with all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.
- Authorized for return by Cashel Company before shipment.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
These condition and original-packaging requirements apply to standard returns. For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact customer service under Section 8 before shipping anything back. If original packaging is unavailable, tell us when submitting your claim.
3. Nonreturnable Items
The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized, engraved, or altered merchandise.
- Sale, clearance, and other items marked final sale.
- Gift cards.
- International orders.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact customer service as described in Section 8. Final-sale restrictions do not prevent you from submitting an issue for review or exercising rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Do not send an item back without authorization.
4. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] or call 800-333-2202 with:
- Your full name.
- Your phone number.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The item you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for your request.
- Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your request is authorized, we will provide a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box and include your order information inside.
Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted. Return authorization permits us to receive and inspect an item; it does not guarantee approval of a refund or exchange.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, packing, and insurance. Cashel Company does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse these costs, except where required by applicable law.
Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt and tracking number. Pack the merchandise securely to protect it during transit.
We cannot confirm receipt until your return reaches us. If your return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact your selected carrier regarding a claim.
Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, not as store credit or merchandise credit.
We issue approved refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. This processing period begins after approval, not when the return is delivered. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Refunds cover the purchase price paid for eligible returned merchandise. Shipping, packing, and insurance charges are not included, except where required by applicable law.
7. Exchanges
Eligible domestic merchandise may be exchanged, subject to availability and the same condition and authorization requirements as standard returns.
The original merchandise must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Obtain an RA number before shipping and retain your shipping receipt as proof of the shipment date.
The fastest way to obtain a different size, color, or item is to return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you prefer a direct exchange, contact customer service for assistance.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, including shipping the original item back and shipping the replacement item, except where required by applicable law.
International orders and other final-sale purchases cannot be exchanged through the standard exchange process. Concerns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise are reviewed under Section 8.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Inspect your order when it arrives. Report visible damage, defects present on arrival, or incorrect merchandise within 7 days of delivery.
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. For shipping damage, include photographs of the shipping box and packing materials and retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.
If original packaging is unavailable, let us know when submitting your claim.
Manufacturing defects discovered after the initial 7-day reporting period may still be submitted for review. Manufacturing-defect concerns are evaluated separately from standard returns, including concerns involving final-sale purchases or international orders. The standard 30-day return window does not by itself prevent you from submitting a manufacturing-defect concern.
Contacting us about an issue does not automatically authorize a return, exchange, repair, replacement, or refund. We will review the issue and provide instructions.
Do not ship any merchandise back without specific authorization. If a return shipment is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where required by applicable law.
The reporting periods and procedures in this section do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Return Address
After receiving an RA number and return instructions, ship authorized returns to:
Cashel Company
Attn: Returns
3500 W Highway 377
Granbury, TX 76048
United States
Clearly write your assigned RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
10. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
