Return eligibility, final-sale restrictions, shipping responsibilities, and refund terms are described in our Return Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with those activities; it does not create additional return, exchange, or refund rights.
4. Newsletters, HubSpot, and Shopify Emails
We use HubSpot to collect and manage newsletter subscriptions and support our email marketing activities. When you subscribe, information such as your email address, name if provided, subscription preferences, and related consent records may be stored and processed in HubSpot.
We also use Shopify to send emails, including marketing communications and transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund notifications.
Where enabled, these platforms may help us understand email engagement, such as opens and link clicks, so we can evaluate and improve our communications.
We send marketing communications with consent where required by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary non-promotional communications about an order, account, return, refund, customer service request, or legal matter.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Operate and secure the Services.
- Remember shopping cart contents and preferences.
- Understand website traffic and usage.
- Measure marketing performance.
- Support personalized advertising, where enabled and permitted.
You can manage available cookie preferences through our cookie consent tool, where displayed, and through your browser settings. We request consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies where required by law.
Cookies necessary to operate the Services may remain active when optional cookies are rejected. Blocking necessary cookies through your browser may prevent some features from working.
Email unsubscribe choices and website cookie preferences serve different purposes. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically change your browser’s cookie settings.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and supports checkout, payments, customer accounts, transaction records, refunds, email communications, and other store functions.
- HubSpot, which supports newsletter subscriptions and email marketing.
- Other service providers supporting payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, customer support, returns, claims handling, analytics, technology, and business operations.

- Affiliates within the Equibrand group for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Third parties you authorize, such as a service acting on your behalf.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or address legal claims.
- Parties involved in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may nevertheless qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may opt out through our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control or by contacting us.
7. Our Relationship with Shopify
Shopify collects and processes personal information to provide and operate our online store.
Depending on the Shopify features we use and your interactions with the Services, Shopify may also process information for its own purposes as described in its privacy notices. Where enabled, Shopify Enhanced Services may use information about interactions across merchants and websites.

8. Third-Party Shopping Services and AI Assistants
If you choose to interact with us through a supported third-party shopping service or AI assistant, we may receive information you authorize that service to provide, such as contact details, product selections, order information, or customer service requests.
We use that information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The third-party provider’s collection and use of information is governed by its own privacy policy.
9. Legal Bases for Processing in the EEA and UK
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing, which may include:
- Contract performance: to process purchases and provide requested services.
- Consent: for marketing or non-essential tracking where required.
- Legitimate interests: to support customer service, improve our business, and prevent fraud, subject to applicable rights and balancing requirements.
- Legal obligations: to satisfy tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal requirements.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. For example:
- Order and refund records may be retained for accounting, tax, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.
- Return authorizations, inspection records, photographs, and claim communications may be retained to review requests, document resolutions, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
- Account information may be retained while the account remains active and as needed afterward for legitimate business or legal purposes.
- Marketing information may be retained while you remain subscribed. We may retain limited suppression records to honor an unsubscribe request.
- Customer service communications may be retained to resolve issues and maintain relevant business records.
The end of a product return window does not automatically result in deletion of associated personal information.
We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations and backup processes.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, or account verification codes by email or through other unsecured communications.
When submitting photographs for a return or claim, avoid including unrelated personal information or sensitive documents.

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, where provided by law.
These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Product return restrictions do not determine your eligibility to exercise privacy rights.
Submitting a request
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call 800-333-2202.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. You may authorize a representative to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and, where permitted, direct identity verification.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Advertising opt-outs and Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal. Where required and technically associated with an identified account, we also apply the request to that account.
You may also use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control.
Other than recognized opt-out preference signals we are required to honor, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Marketing choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us to request removal from marketing communications. We may continue sending necessary transactional or service messages.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
14. International Processing and Transfers
We operate in the United States. We and our service providers may process personal information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your personal information.
15. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Review those policies before providing personal information. A link does not imply our endorsement unless expressly stated.
16. Complaints
Contact us if you have a concern about our handling of personal information.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to an appropriate privacy regulator or data protection authority.
