Cashel Company Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CashelCompany.com, including its related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Site” or “Services”). The Site is operated by Equibrand Products Group, LP (“Equibrand,” “Cashel Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and Services.

By accessing or using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. About Us

Cashel Company is a brand of Equibrand Products Group, LP, a Texas limited partnership headquartered in Granbury, Texas.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Equibrand Products Group, LP as the operator of Cashel Company. “You” refers to the user, visitor, or customer.

2. Use of the Site and Automated Access

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law or regulation.

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, or systems operated by us, Shopify, or our service providers.

  • Bypass authentication, security controls, access restrictions, or rate limits.

  • Collect nonpublic information or access customer accounts without authorization.

  • Use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Services or copies or republishes Site content beyond the permissions described in these Terms.

  • Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.

We permit automated access through commerce integrations, APIs, agent endpoints, and discovery resources that we or Shopify make available and authorize for use with our store. We also permit crawling of publicly accessible content where allowed by our published crawler directives and applicable access restrictions.

Authorized shopping services and AI agents may retrieve and summarize public product information, display product references, and link to relevant Site pages to help customers discover and compare products. Product images and other content may be used only as permitted by the applicable integration or our express authorization.

Permission to retrieve public information does not authorize unrestricted scraping, bulk copying, republication, or access to nonpublic information.

AI shopping agents may use supported integrations to prepare carts and assist with checkout. Agents must act within the customer’s authorization and obtain the customer’s explicit approval before submitting an order or authorizing payment.

Automated checkout through browser scripting, form filling, or other methods outside supported commerce integrations is not permitted.

Automated tools must follow applicable integration requirements, published access instructions, and rate limits. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access that violates these Terms, creates security or operational risks, or interferes with the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, design, and software, is owned by Equibrand Products Group, LP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, or print materials for personal, non-commercial use. Authorized automated access and limited product-information use are permitted as described in Section 2.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, an authorized integration, applicable law, or our written permission, you may not:

  • Republish, distribute, sell, rent, license, or reproduce Site content.

  • Use Cashel Company or Equibrand logos or other brand assets.

  • Use our trademarks or content in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

These restrictions do not prohibit accurate identification of Cashel Company products in permitted product recommendations or links.

4. Customer Accounts

You may need to create or access a customer account to use certain features. Customer accounts are managed through Shopify and may use a one-time verification code sent to your email instead of a password.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials, verification codes, and access to your email secure.

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.

Do not share passwords or one-time verification codes with third-party shopping agents. Any supported account access must use an authorized authentication method.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be used fraudulently.

5. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. However:

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

  • Product colors and finishes may vary because of display settings and material characteristics.

  • Features, measurements, materials, and sizing may vary by product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products.

Published product descriptions and sizing recommendations do not guarantee that a particular product will fit every horse or rider. Contact Cashel Company or an authorized dealer for assistance with product selection and sizing before purchasing.

6. Orders, Payments, Returns, and Shipping

Orders and Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when it ships.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card numbers. Your use of payment services is subject to the applicable processors’ terms and policies.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order, including an order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Verify payment, identity, or address information before shipment.

  • Correct pricing or product errors and contact you regarding any resulting change before proceeding, where required.

If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the payment for the canceled items.

Returns and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

Eligible domestic merchandise must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, not the delivery date.

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping. Requesting authorization does not extend the deadline. Retain your shipping receipt as proof of the return shipment date.

To qualify for a standard return or exchange, merchandise must be:

  • In brand-new, unused condition, with no signs of wear.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • Packed in the same original box or packaging in which it was received.

  • Complete with all original parts, accessories, and documentation.

  • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

  • Authorized by Cashel Company before shipment.

The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged through the standard return process:

  • Personalized, engraved, or altered merchandise.

  • Sale, clearance, and other items marked final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • International orders.

All returns are subject to inspection. A Return Authorization number permits receipt and inspection; it does not guarantee approval of a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, packing, and insurance. For eligible exchanges, customers also pay shipping for the replacement merchandise, except where required by applicable law.

Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, not as store credit or merchandise credit.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval, not after delivery of the return. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

Refunds cover the purchase price paid for eligible returned merchandise. Shipping, packing, and insurance charges are excluded, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Report visible damage, defects present on arrival, or incorrect merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

Manufacturing defects discovered later may still be submitted for review. These concerns are evaluated separately from standard returns, including concerns involving final-sale purchases and international orders.

The standard return window and original-condition requirements do not by themselves prevent you from submitting a manufacturing-defect concern. If original packaging is unavailable, tell customer service when submitting your claim.

Do not ship merchandise back without specific authorization and instructions. Review of a concern does not automatically authorize a return, repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

The reporting periods and procedures described here do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Processing and Delivery

Order processing, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Carrier transit estimates do not include order processing. Expedited shipping does not shorten order processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

7. International Orders

We offer international shipping to select destinations. Available countries, shipping methods, and rates are shown at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included.

Customs inspections and clearance may extend delivery beyond the estimated transit window. We cannot predict or guarantee customs processing times.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged through our standard return process. Concerns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise are reviewed separately under our Return Policy.

If a shipment is refused or returned because of unpaid customs charges or incorrect delivery information, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related fees. A refused or returned shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund. Any resolution remains subject to our Return Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy, Cookies, and Communications

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand usage, and support marketing where enabled and permitted.

We use HubSpot to support newsletter subscriptions and email marketing. We also use Shopify to send marketing and transactional emails.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may continue sending necessary non-promotional communications about orders, accounts, returns, refunds, customer service matters, or legal requirements.

If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses Shopify and may use other third-party services for payments, shipping, customer accounts, reviews, analytics, marketing, and related functions.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control independently operated third-party websites or services and do not guarantee their content, availability, or accuracy.

If you use a third-party shopping service or AI assistant, review that provider’s terms and privacy policy. The provider’s recommendations or statements do not override our current product information, checkout details, or published policies.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities we cannot exclude under applicable law.

10. Linking to Our Site

You may link to our homepage, product pages, collections, and other publicly accessible Site pages, provided the link:

  • Is fair, lawful, and not misleading.

  • Does not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

  • Does not misrepresent Cashel Company, Equibrand, or our products.

Use of logos, product images, or other brand assets requires permission unless expressly allowed through an authorized integration, these Terms, or applicable law.

We reserve the right to request removal of misleading or unauthorized links or uses of our brand assets.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Except as expressly stated in a written product warranty, our Return Policy, or as required by applicable law, we disclaim express and implied warranties to the extent legally permitted.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will operate without interruption or errors.

  • All Site information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

  • The Site or its servers will be free from harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits our stated manufacturing-defect review process, remedies described in our Return Policy, or rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equibrand Products Group, LP, its affiliates, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.

Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a limitation is not permitted, our liability remains subject to applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits remedies available under our Return Policy or applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equibrand Products Group, LP, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Site.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of another party’s intellectual-property or other rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify a party for that party’s own unlawful conduct or other liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that creates security or operational risks.

Suspension or termination of Site access does not eliminate obligations concerning existing orders, approved refunds, or rights that remain applicable under law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides those rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal requirements.

Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice where required by law.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter completed purchases or existing rights except as permitted by applicable law.
